Dice up 12 dried Apricots, add 4 full Star Anise, Half an old fashioned Glass of sugar and 1 old fashioned glass of water. In a Saucepan, cook at low temperature till the mix reduces by one third.

Baked Brie, Garlic, Fennel and Lemon Shrub
In an Oven, Bake Half a Brie. in a saucepan, roast 5 bar spoons of Fennel and 2 cloves of Garlic. Add the Brie, 1 old Fashioned of Water, Half an Old fashioned of Sugar to Fennel and Garlic in the saucepan. Cook at low temperature until reduced by half.
Add 30mls of White Wine Vinegar, stir together, and Bottle.

Add into a Big Jar Half an Old Fashioned Glass of Cacao Nibs, 2 Halfed Vanilla Sticks, Half an Old fashioned Glass of Sugar, Half a Bottle of Old Monk Rum and Half a Bottle of Vodka and allow to Macerate for 3 weeks. Stir for 1 minute every 2 days. Then add 150mls of water, Strain away the Vanilla and Cacao nibs and Bottle.
